Do Not Drink … Play!
If you like to have a drink every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your evening bag, your billfold, and keep all cash, plastic credit and cheques at home. Grab only the money you intend to use on drinks, tips and few dollars you anticipate to throw away and keep the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not really. Realistic more like. You might experience a success after a drunken evening out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Keep that story considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and gamble. These activities just don’t go well together.
Leaving your money out of the casino is a little dramatic, but defensive actions for dramatic actions is a requirement. If you wager to succeed, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then consume all the free alcohol you can handle, but don’t take credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of following squanderings after your bombed head loses everything!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then jump on the internet to gamble in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my domicile, but because I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can not consume alcohol and wager.
What’s the reason? Despite the fact that I do not consume alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it’s certainly adequate to cloud my judgment. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, do not bet when you do. Both create a decimating, and crazy, drink.
